questions about 134 affidavit-of-support

1:  How does: "this person is wholly/partially dependant upon me for support" relate to paying child support.  In the eyes of the Fed at tax time, I cannot claim said child as a dependant at all, not partially or wholly. The child is never in my household.   Should I or should I not list this child on the 134 form?

2: Regarding Income/Assets.  I (sponsor and USC) am a self employed artist.  I own my own home and owe nothing.  I have a few, older vehicles.  I live off grid with virtually no bills, and do not receive public aid of any sort.

a: what counts as personal property and do I have to have it assessed (let's say I had a coin collection worth 20, 000 and wanted to list it at 5,000 to be safe.  is this usable?).

b: real estate.  how is this based?  Tax assessed value of my place is 46,000. Actual sale value is closer to 75,000.

   c: For taxes filed, I showed 11,888.

d: When is the Bank statement based?  Should we collectively put funds into one US account to show on the 134?

e: Are special circumstances ever considered (like provable not having normal bills?).

Summary of point 2: does it look like I'll make the cut as a sponsor?!?

THANK YOU!

Please read the I-864 guidelines related to household size and note that it is not advised to omit dependent children on the I-134 when you must include them on the I-864 whether they live with you or not and whether you claim them on your taxes or not.

You will likely need a co-sponsor.  I am looking at what your are listing here and I don't think it will pass.
