So I got divorce 7 years ago started a i-130 petition. Never finished it, now my brother want's to help me become a Resident. My question are does my old petition erase from USCIS archives can my brother still help me on my Residency. If so Can you please explain?

Are you here on an approved entry?  When does your allowed time expire?  Because a sibling petition from Mexico is taking 20 years to process

It doesn't work that way for siblings.  No way for you to adjust to LPR without an inspection at the border or while inside the USA.  In addition, the petition will take 20 years

What do you mean by LPR.

So what can i do to optain an resident card.? I been here more than 10 yrs, when i crossed the border i never got cough never been in jail. What can i do?

LPR = Legal Permanent Resident

 

You cannot become a resident without leaving the country.  Once you do you will be banned for illegal presence.  The sibling petition is a 20 year process anyway

how about if i get marry again with an US Citizen person can she help me? Even if i had a petition file but never finished it?
