hi! i've arrived in the US last Nov. 3, 2017 as a Fiance visa.

we got married on January 5, 2017.

We are going to file for Adjustment status, but the we are confuse about the medical exam.

when i arrived in the airport, i gave my papers to the officer and including my sealed medical results and he didn't give it back to me.

i only have my vaccination card. so should we need to fill up the form I-693 or i just send them my vaccination report?

hope someone can help me with this. Thanks

The brown envelope is their copy, they will not give it back to you. Your DS 3025 is all you need to send in your AOS

Thanks cherryblossoms for that.

is it true that you cannot apply for ssn if your I-94 will be expiring soon?

i just check their website. it is not indicated. but i just saw some article that it should be atleast 2 weeks prior expiration. Thanks again

You can still apply. But make sure to print a copy before it expires on the website. I’ve read that you will be overstayed already if you filed AOS after your 90days stay or when your K1 Visa expires.
