Not sure if this is in the right "forum" .. but since we applied for the k1 visa I have gotten a new job. I know we are supposed to contact them about change of address, so I am assuming we also contact them about me(beneficiary) getting a new job?

No, USCIS does not care about the beneficiaries work history over all or current. The updating address is just to ensure if they need to mail something they can.

Don't stress about that.

The USCIS doesnt even care about the beneficiaries address. They can only change addresses within the USA.  Likely because the phone operators are idiots but thats another story.
