I stated on my sig. timeline that it has been touched on the 19th b/c thats the last date it says online, now is there some where on the site where it actually states touched, or what?

The only way you'll know you've been touched is to visit the USCIS site - log on to the account you (presumably) created and check the Last Processed Date - when it changes, you've been touched - when it remains the same, you haven't.

ahhh alright, so i was right. The 19th was the last process date for me, gosh they need to do something. its been almost 10 days.

I think I'm right along with you. I had a touch on the 19th as well.
