Does the Philippines have a embassy there even?

I'm new here and try to find and couldn't and this is the best I could as of now. Still trying to learn this website. I don't think there's one in Montana that's why I'm asking details on what to do and where to file since I'm located in MT.

Don’t worry about it, that’s why I reported it so that the moderators could move it to somewhere that would give you the best expertise. 

 

Hopefully they can let you know what to do.

There is no PH consular office in Montana at all and they have not posted the Consular Outreach calendar online yet for 2018. But here is the link to the dual citizen page for their website.
