My Wife and I have our AOS interview on January 29th.  I know we are getting very close and it just occurred to me that her Medical Exam that she had before she arrived here on a K-1 Visa is over a year old now.   Does she need a current (within 1 year) medical exam before she can receive her Green Card?   If so, does DHS direct us to which physician we are allowed to see or can this be done by our own Primary Care Provider?  Any information on this matter is greatly appreciated.   Thanks all

Yes, technically her medical exam must be received within one year of case adjudication. Safest would be to get it done again, otherwise I've heard people who risk it and the officer doesn't ask for it or will approve the GC after it's submitted, but will still do the interview.

Side note: I turned my maiden name into second middle name. In the combo card, my given name is First Firstmiddleinitial, however on the back of the card, they attempted to list my second middle name.

Thank you for the information.  I did read in a few places that as long as her exam was not older than 1 year before we started the AOS process that it should be fine.  Technically her exam only became a year old in November.   I do appreciate the link and will use this information.    Thank you so much.
