Acceptable Visa Photo?

We got an RFE asking us to send new passsport-style photos. I’m the UK beneficiary, so I went to Timpsons today because they can email you a copy of your photo, so I can it them to my USC to quickly print and mail back. But upon getting them, I noticed there’s this grey bar down the right hand side where the white background they take it against wasn’t wide enough. Will that be an issue?

Never mind! They did another one for me free of charge in the end, which was cool, and this one seems better! 

 

Unless anyone can spot anything wrong with this one!

The background must be white or off white and the paper must be glossy or matte. Your photo has a gray background, or am I wrong?

Background is off white. The problem was on the right side and it's fixed

Thats off white and definitely better than the one before :-)
