These questions might be terribly dumb, but I figure it's better safe than sorry.

1) Initially, I had filled out my I-130 using Adobe. I printed it out, checked it over and saw there were some things I needed to either fill in "n/a" or "none." I proceeded to do so, with a black-ink pen. My question: is it fine if the I-130 has some things filled out by hand if the majority of it had been filled out on the computer?

2) Does literally EVERY space that doesn't apply need to be filled out with "n/a." I feel it is a bit redundant, for example, the part that asks for physical address 2-- I don't have one to put, so on 14.a I filled in "n/a" left the rest blank and then for 15a/b I filled in "n/a" for both. Is this acceptable? Or, do I really need to fill every space with "n/a"?

3) In terms of signing and dating my I-130 packet, should I have it signed and dated for the same day my check is signed and dated? Is there some legal amount of time that a form is valid after being signed and dated?

I'm really anxious to submit and I just want it to be perfect. Thank you in advance!

1) We did filled out our I-129F with adobe and since some of them we can't even key in anything inside it, So, almost all N/A/None we fill up using black ink pen. We already got our approval without RFE, so, it is totally fine.

2) We filled up everything with N/A or none and we didn't leave anything blank (but, that is what we do for our I-129F not  sure about others)

3) It is fine, you can sign and dated your I-130 packet on different day from the day you sign the check.

It is not necessary to fill in N/A or NONE, once previous answers have rendered the questions to be N/A or NONE.  If you do so by hand anyway, no worries except hand cramps.  ;)
