Criminal Record RFE

Hey everyone, just got my RFE today.  The first line reads: "You indicated that you have been convicted of one of the specified crimes under the International Marriage Brokers Regulation Act.  As such, please submited certified copies of your court records identifying the complaint and the final disposition for every conviction."

 

I don't recall any IMBRA act violations.  All I listed was a single drinking citation I received 7 years ago.  What am I supposed to provide?

Yes, I just indicated that I only received a citation that was paid.  I did not have the court documents until recently though

I answered yes to 4.a. in Part 3 of the 1-129F form (Page 9/13).  And below it asked for specific details where I listed that I received a citation 7 years ago.

There is your problem

 

3 & 4 only applies if you provided info on 2. a,b,c

Hmmmm I didn't see any indication of that.  It was not very clear so I submitted that I had a citation rather than them thinking I was trying to lie about it.  What am I supposed to do now???
