Hello/Assalaamu'Alaykum Wa Rahmataullaah:
I hope this finds you well. I am just wondering if Saudi Arabia has Direct Consulate Filing? My fiance soon to be husband is from Morocco but currently living in KSA.  I just wanted to know if that was an option? He is a legal resident in KSA.

Are you also living there? Most countries that do have dcf require the petitioners and beneficiaries to reside in the country they are immigrating from.

And he will need to return to Morocco as he was born there to get the 2 crimianl reports from Moroc

no one can apply for these except him

one of them expires in 90 days so he will need to do this at the NVC stage when they request them
