Hey all, so fortunately for the wife and I her interview date is on February 13th and while looking at the checklist for the documents I saw it says that she will need to bring a filled out I864 with her. Now my questions are these: Since my father is a joint sponsor is he also going to need to fill out both the 864 and 864A as well as including his taxes again? Or can we simply just fill out the forms and send them to her? Of course I did not save the ones I did before so I have to do them over again.

Do you have copies of I-864 (you and Joint sponsor) and I-864A that you send to NVC? You can send that Otherwise, fill-out those documents exactly the same ways you did it for nvc (make sure to sign it). Then send a copies to your wife via email
