It’s minimum 6 weeks for the case to be send to NVC nowadays. Some people wait more.

After you get your NVC number it depends. In some countries you can schedule medicals without a letter from the embassy, some requires copy of NVC confirmation letter or the embassy letter to be able to schedule medicals.

I suggest browsing K-1 timelines for your country and check advanced mode to see all the dates for consulate receive and interview dates for most recent ones to have a general idea. Call panel physician clinic to find out what’s needed for scheduling medicals etc.

Each country have a bit different procedures. It took me 2 weeks after getting NVC number to be approved during interview but I have seen people dealing with this for (usually) around month or even two. I was just lucky with terms.

Also when you fly to States depends on a date you get your passport with visa inside back. I don’t recommend buying flights earlier, bcs you never know what might delay the process (some treatment after medical results, waiting long for an interview etc). So there is no one general answer for you question.

I am looking for some solid answers to some questions. My K1 is on its way to the NVC. Now the I-134 Affidavit of Support is 99% done. Now do I send this to the NVC or to my Fiancé in the Philippines? Do I make 2 of them, 1 for her and 1 for her son? I just cant find the answers so any help would be appreciated.
