i have a pending one for both of my parents.. they are currently here waiting to adjust... we got a RFE for my mother due to her medicals having expired. there priority date is September 2016! We got here RFE in October of 2017..responded the same month with new updated ones... and we sent a inquiry asking what was taking so long and got a response back on 01/02/18 stating they "never received them back" this was BS so I had my lawyer send proof that someone at the field office singed for it ect... we are still waiting for a response....as for my father no RFE ..we do have his interview coming up next Monday! even though I sent both petitions at the same time, everything has been so different....they did approve my mothers I 130 back in june of 2017

Thank you. Nebraska. I keep checking online but no update or status change though. Still saying we received your petition on May 24th ☹️ I’m just desperate to find out how the ‘end chain migration’ plays out. I called NVC yesterday and they hadn’t received anything from USCIS and they said it could take 6 weeks before they get anything !!!!!!

Don't underestimate them. They said the same thing about tax reform (which is a way more complex issue) and it happened in 43 days (Nov 2 House bill, Dec 15 conference bill).
