Hello everyone,When my wifes adult kid and her 16 year old son passed their interview to get into the usa,i was reading the thing when they will get back their passports and visa,it saying they will be delivered to them but they cant open that envelope untill they get here in USA they have to have that to get here in the airports or what,that is very vague to me!Do they issue something else to travel or what?

Probably an short info sheet about paying the Green Card fee etc..

 

So, they will open the main envelope in order to remove the passport, but must not open the other  sealed envelope,  inside which are all the papers regarding their visa application.
