While infidelity is legitimate grounds for a divorce, there are no legal repercussions for it. Some states you can try for alienation of affection, but not all. I'm not sure of CA laws.

 

Did you sign a prenup? If not ... you own half of everything.

Actually, before trying to belittle someone, know that adultery is still a criminal offense in 21 States however, California is not one of them.

:-) not an offense where she is and just because it is elsewhere doesn’t make that right.

 

Crappy people cheat, best thing to do is remove them from your lives and not to let them get to you. 

 

She doesn’t have an immigration question and this isn’t the best place to get relationship advice

There is really nothing you can do besides: divorce and move on, or work it out.

 

For me personally it would be exit, not wasting energy on a cheater.

Thanks for your answer, no prenup , married to him for 7 years, 

is it true if i'm the one i divorce i will need to pay him monthly?

Hire a PI, get some evidence of his cheating and then file for divorce.

 

But as others said, not an immigration question.

Unfortunately there are some people who don’t see their own self worth and will accept cheating because they think they won’t do any better. Glad to see you aren’t one of those people.
