Hi all! Getting our I-751 together and have a question.

We live in a house owned by my mom - so no lease - so she will write a letter explaining this.

My question is - should she also include statements confirming our bona fide marriage in this document, or should that be a separate document?

I was preparing something like this - does this seem right? Are we missing anything??

***We also have two other affidavits from close friends, one was my MOH.

Thank you for your time!!

With my ex when we filled out his 751 papers, my mom wrote just a standard letter, it doesn't need to be anything fancy, all can be done in one if she owns the home that your living in, and then just provide other financial documents, bank accounts, life insurance policy and joint credit cards you have, if you have renters insurance that has both names, or car insurance with both names you will be fine.
