I would like to know the rate of approval por 212(a)(9)(B)(v) and 212(i). I don’t know if should start the process with the 130 because my lawyer told me that I need to process (after the approval of 130) waivers 212(a)(9)(B)(v) and 212(i) at Juarez, Mexico. My husband needs demostratate extreme  hardship. We are in high 40’s with 2 healthy children older than 16. So it will be very difficult to demonstrate extreme hardship. 

Please share your experiences.
