How do I stop the interview and pull AOS?

So my husband dropped a bomb shell on me and told me he won’t be moving to the states. We are currently at the point of waiting for his interview to be scheduled. What do I do to let them know to cancel the petition and pull my AOS?

You write to USCIS and cancel the applicaiton

need to include case number,  both names and both DOB's

also inform the embassy that you are canceling and he should not attend the interview ASAP 

consularcairoiv@state.gov

just in case he intends to still go and not come to you

I am sorry to hear that, you can just pull back everything send a letter.

USCIS is not the correct place...  They are all done with the file and have passed it on to the Embassy.  Cairo is the right place

I'd be worried about how do I get a divorce instead of HIS aos.

In this context aos stands for affidavits of support which is hers to pull

I am so sorry to here your sad news....... it isn't my place to ask but has he indicated why he doesn't want to move?

He has children and an elderly mother over in Cairo but we discussed that in depth before marriage.  I am thinking he got cold feet and can't leave his kids.

No chance of you moving to his country to be with him?  Or chance of sponsoring his children afterwards (if that's the only thing keeping him there)?
