i went for an interview and the visa officer barely looked at my financial document lab despite the fact that I was asked to bring a certain document in my last interview. He interviewed me and told me my university is a small one whereas last time I was told it’s my financial documents that had issues now it’s my school which is a small one.

He actually did discriminate! From what I understood he wasn’t the one to interview me, given the fact the last time I was there we were sent to an interview room(those with similar cases like mine)

he sent the others to the room but decided to interview me I was surprised but went on with the interview. If it was the school that was a problem then I should have being told from the onset, I have guaranteed employment here which I proved and the officer saw it necessary it should be my family business sponsoring instead of my uncle in the US. I did as I was told now some body else interviews me and tells me the school is a small one to him.

I agree, how were you discriminated against?  Also, what was the outcome of the interview?  Were you denied?  This is not clear in your posts.

Even with this additional information you provided, I still don't see how this was discrimination.

On what basis do you feel you were discriminated against  (Race, religion, gender, sexual orientation etc)?  For example, were all the people who went into a room with the officer female, and all got approved, but you were the only male to be there that day and the only one not approved? Or did you observe the officer wearing a cross, and  all applicants who wore crosses/ professed Christian faith were approevd but no others?

 

Being interviewed in a public space is very common at embassies, that in itself is not discrimination.  Honestly, it sounds like they were never going to approve you because with a uncle in the USA they think your ties to home, even with an employment offer, were too weak.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Discrimination? How? Looks like you are denied or about to be denied. Don't let it get to you. It's very common especially if you're from a 3rd world country.

All immigration is based on some form of discrimination. It starts with the place you were born, the citizenship, etc. The question is: is the discrimination based on belonging to a protected group such as gender, religion or race? If not, you don't have a case.

04/15/2016 EAD/AP combo card received in mail.

01/07/2017 (Saturday!) EAD/AP renewal package with new forms received in Phoenix "reception desk"
01/17/2017 EAD/AP renewal case accepted; text/email with receipt numbers was received
01/30/2017 Law firm finally confirms that USCIS has suspended processing all EB2-NIW cases due to new criteria. 
02/23/2017 USCIS slowly starts adjudicating NIW cases again.
04/21/2017 Extended EAD/AP received in mail. Valid for 2 years. 
05/06/2017 Received a massive RFE on I-140 NIW case.
07/20/2017 RFE response received by USCIS (a very long response with 30 pages of docs)
09/14/2017 I-140 NIW approved!!! 
11/28/2017 RFE for new medical issued (plus another request re Supp J for employment which is clearly issued in error)
12/04/2017 RFE received in mail
12/07/2017 repeated medical exam for I-485
