I'm mailing in my I-130 packets this week. I'm submitting 3 - one for my husband, and one for my two stepsons.

As far as the fees are concerned, to I submit with one check to cover all 3 petitions, or should I do 3 checks?

You would submit one each for each stepson.  Three checks.  Also, each packet must be ABLE TO stand alone, so your marriage certificate, for example, would appear in each of three stacks with each stack covered by its own check.  You can then mail all three stacks together in the same envelope.
