Well does she want to study in the US or to visit it? She should figure out that piece first...

If she wants to study, I'm would presume you are aware of the steps already since you went through them.

If she only wants to visit, she just applies for a tourist visa and is granted one (or not) based on her own merits.

Hi boiler, we are not married yet. Our families are not in support with our relationship. Her parents want her to get married within an year. So I am planning to get her over here on a tourist visa, marry her and convert her visa to F2. Does this bring up any legal issues in future? 

I am also looking for another option, is there a university which can provide F1 visa to her and allows its enrolled student to do the courses remotely from another state in USA.? Please suggest me your views. Thanks

If she can do the course remotely she does not need a F1.

 

You can not sponsor a Tourist visa,.

I'll add that obtaining another masters degree is a challenge for an F-1. The obvious question being "Why do you need to study x field in the US?". But she can cross that bridge when she gets there.

 

There's no sponsorship for a tourist visa. The ability to sponsor a tourist is a common myth circulated (additionally, you're a non-immigrant in the country).  She must apply and qualify on her own.

There will be if you try to adjust her status so she can stay here. If you want her to stay and get married here, you should apply for the K1 visa or get married there and apply for the CR1 spousal visa. 

She *CANNOT* come to the US on a visitor visa with the intent that she will marry you and stay. She can come on a visitor visa, get married and then GO HOME while you apply for the CR1 spousal visa, but to enter to the US as a tourist with clear intention to stay is  visa fraud.

OP is on an F-1 visa...he cannot adjust her status as he is not an LPR or USC (or petition her for a K-1 or CR-1/IR-1).
