Hi all!

I'm  working on ROC. We are doing a joint application. And I have several questions. Maybe y'all can share your opinions.   Ifnpqcket is send this week it will be 60 days before conditional expires.  all evidence is ready.

Did y'all leave blank answers?

For instance,

No attorney, leave it blank or N/A?

Spouse is us citizen by birth. (No A#) leave it blank, N/A or None?

in the part where mailing address first box "in care of". Leave it blank or N/A?

we don't have children yet? Leave all boxes blank, N/A, None?

is a cover letter necessary?

can I send my documents in a 9x12 yellow bubblewrapped envelope through USPS?

We are sending it to California service center, do I need to put "ATTN: I-751" on envelope?

Any thoughts???

thank you!!!!

Hi ! I see that we have very similar questions. I am trying to send my I 751 this saturday and filling out this form and assembling the package can be confusing.

To answer your questions, this is what I did. Not sure if it is right but it is what made more sense to me.

- attorney and spouse A number I put N/A

- in care of for the mailing adress I did put my name but I put N/A for the physical address because both my mailing and physical addresses are the same.

-for the children I put N/A everywhere

I hope it helps!

Thanks Anna. I sent my package on Monday and it was delivered today. I did  the same except for "in care of" I put N/A. And left physical address blank. Everything is God's hands now 🙏 I pray for the best and good luck to all of us!!!

Good luck to you ! I just have a few questions for you.

What did you do with the page 11, the one about the additional information, we don't have any and I am wondering if I should leave it blank or N/A

Also, to assemble the package, I am using binder clips to separate each exhibit with sticky tabs at the bottom. Should I separate each bank or phone statements with paper clip? For now it’s just 2 big stack of paper and I feel like it might be hard to review them if they are not separated. But are paper clips ok? How did you do it?

Thanks!

I did paper clips. For instance let's say you have bank, electricity, water. I paperclip each category. I did the sticky tabs too but I did those on the side. On the last page I put my name and a# and I put N/A in all the boxes and of the first line.
