Seems Safe to Include G325-A with I129F. Agree?

It was still a requirement to send in June.

I checked archive.org and it wasn't. It was a transition period for forms, which may have added to the confusion, but both editions being accepted at the time were the 13 page versions (no G-325As needed).

But yeah, no need to send them....one case during a transition period does not constitute a need or reason now.

Do you understand what an RFE is?

You get an RFE for NOT submitting required information.  Saying it another way, You do NOT get an RFE for submitting something that isn't required.

I do understand what an RFE is and I also understand your logic. I was pointing out that it might have been better if you had elaborated in your first response. Answering with a question didn’t seem helpful to the poster.

It is no need to submit G-325A together with petition. However, we did see some of May Filers before got RFE because of that. And for us, we did submit it to them together with petition. Even though it is no longer needed but, some of the officer is not experience enough and not educate enough to know that it is not needed, so they end up issuing RFE because of that. Which will add at least another 2-3 weeks for you to get your NOA2. We try to avoid that, that is why we just submitted it together with petition. Some might have different opinion than me, however, I'm just speaking about our preference. If let say you submit it and they don't want to check it. It is fine, they will not delayed it just because you submitted it.

Good luck with your journey! :D

I'm sure I'm "beating the dead horse" some more, but G-325A is now obsolete.  That's why the I-129F includes all the biographical information for both Petitioner and Beneficiary.  I understand the feeling though.  I wanted to send almost every picture me and fiance have with each other to "overdue" the proof of meeting.  And right now, our proof of relationship chat logs are I know overabundance! I'm rambling on, but basically, we don't need to submit more than we need.  that's my two cents on it...

when in doubt, its better to send too much, than not enough.

thats my philosophy anyways. Everything is clearly labeled in file folders, so if they dont need it, they dont have to look at it, and if they need it, its easy to find, and there.

9/15/22 APPROVED! Now to wait for NVC and interview....

Well yes, assuming everything you send is correct and helps your case. There's one recent case where somebody got an RFE because they mistakenly put a wrong birth year on the G-325A (it didn't match that on the updated I-129F). If they didn't send the G-325A, they would have avoided the RFE.

G-325A has some information not on the current I-129F form. Also the beneficiary’s G-325A has the beneficiary’s signature, while the I-129F form does not.

Back in May it was somewhat unclear if G-325A is required, as the checklist was still showing it that way. So I submitted the G-325A forms for both the petitioner and beneficiary.

I have not had any problems with that part of the process. The petition was approved without RFEs.

In my opinion G-325A forms are obsolete and no longer required; but nothing bad is going to happen if you include them anyway. Do not forget signed individual letters of intent from both parties, though. Those are required.

Speaking of chat logs, I was just about to sent my I129F accompanied by over 170 pages of chat logs, but based on what I have read, I am starting to think that is rediculous.  What is your advice on this?

What I've been doing is taking at least 8 screen shots during each month and compiling them on one sheet.  I've been doing this since December 2016. I also have lots of proof way before me and fiance sent in our petition.  I did t send in my proof of relationship, since it's mainly used at the interview stage for the visa. Anyways...I wouldn't submit too much, maybe like what I do, chat logs and phone logs showing from different time periods.  I will be submitting 20 pages to my fiance when she goes into her interview, to include proof of recent visits to her into her country(plane tickets, passport stamps, etc.)
