I personally don't feel any hate towards the president at all, nor to anyone else for that matter.

 

There is a difference between him and the average Joe,  he has a huge ( or should I say yuge) impact on people, just like any other person who is considered a role model.

People had an opinion about previous presidents too, i think Reagan was almost shot and Kennedy was killed and wasn't there an intruder in Obama's house? Those attackers had an opinion about those presidents too. It comes with the job.

 

Bottom line is, when you have a certain position you are more likely to be criticized.  Basically: A big tree attracts the woodsman's axe
