why would there be a person applying for your O1 B? 

this would be applied for by the person needing a visa

and yes,  it would look wrong (that is only my opinion)

Thank you for your answer. however, I am not quite sure I understand what you mean. O-1B visas require a petitioner to apply for the visa, just like most other types of visa. One cannot self-petition for an O-1B.

This is wrong. 

Petitioner and beneficiary are not the same for an O1. 

 

Honestly, it looks weird to me having the same address as your petitioner. 

11/25/2017 - AOS Papers Sent

11/27/2017 - Package delivered by FedEx

12/07/2017 - NOA1's received in the mail

12/15/2017 - Biometrics Appointment letter received scheduled for 12/27/2017

12/22/2017 - Biometrics done I-485 & I-765 via Walk-In Brooklyn (done in under 15 Minutes)

02/14/2018 - Service Request to expedite my EAD put in via Hotline plus contacted my Congressman for help

03/13/2018 - EAD & AP approval Letters in the mail (106 days since filing)

03/15/2018 - EAD/AP Card in the mail <3

sorry but for this visa the USCIS says the person pettions for themself

No. That is not true. You can't petition for yourself under an O

May I ask why this is? There are no rules against this, but I agree that it would seem weird.
