I have been approved for the conditional residence green card yesterday the saturday of 20-01-2018 but I believe I made a mistake when I provided the immigration officer my the incorrect Zip code by mistake, the street address, apartment number, city, state are correct I remember what was the wrong zipcode and I can visit the office with that zip code or  anything I would do, I need really a good advice for this   // and my case status has been changed to new card is being produced

what can I do to prevent from being returned to USCIS?

I don't think it will cause any serious delays if any.  People use wrong zip codes all the time.

If there is a conflict, the street address will be used to determine where it goes. The USPS computer usually looks up the address to find the 9 digit zip code to put a bar code on the item, which will likely supersede the zip code originally  printed and from there the routing machines only read what's scanned.

I hope what you are saying is true, I really do :( I am really overthinking about it and specially if it will be delievered back to USCIS it will take months to  have it back

The system isn't 100% foolproof, but it's pretty good.  If their outgoing mail system looks up the 9-digit zip code, it may be corrected before it goes out the door.  If I were to bet money, it would be on it not being an issue.

It may be delayed two days if it goes to the wrong zip first. But it's not a return to sender issue.
