Me & my Husband is NewlyWed are we are planning to Go to USA for Vacation & also to Visit His Relative he have our Own House and bout we have a Business & also My Mother& Father our a B2 Holder ,are we qualify for the application???

thank. & i also to ask my  mother & father in law they are B2 visa holder they arrive here in Philippines at Nov. 2017 from USA how many Months to take, to go back again in USA ?? other say they need 6 months stay here in PHP before going back  to US.

Depends...how long did they stay in the USA? They should spend at least the same amount of time back in PHP.

so that they are not allowed to go back in the US less than Sixmonths..They arrive here in PH  last nov. 2017  .can they book a flyt back to US in April something??

It is not a good idea for them to be spending too much time in the US. For example, if they spent 6 months in the US, they should not return for another 6 month stay after only being home for a month.

 

Too many long trips to the US will make the agents think they are trying to live in the US which is against the rules. Six months is a long time to be in another country. They should wait a while before returning.

can i have one last question😊 it will not be affected if my passport is im using my Maiden Lastname s,because the tym that  i apply the passport is That im still single. but the expiry date is on Jan. 2022.

Ok Thank you ,Because They will acompanied the mother of my inlaw which is elderly/Senior citizen 79years old.
