eligibility category for ex student

hi there  gurus,

 

I have filed the i765 before on school category for my opt, my ead just expired now that I'm married, what will be my eligibility category for the i765.

 

and pls is it mandatory for me to file form i130a?

C9, or 9C I can't remember, you can find the category on the instructions,  you are getting an EAD work permit because you are adjusting status under the i485 and there will be a visa available

 

and yes, as a spousal visa, the i130A must be filled out
