I485

I130

1864

I765

I693

 

We need guidance in this process, and also the fees

I-130: $535

I-485: $1140 + $85 biometrics (age 14-78) = $1225

I-693: No fee for filing but obviously requires paying for the medical exam to be filled out

 

I suggest also filing for AP (I-131).

No fees for the I-131 or I-765 when filed alongside (or due to) an I-485.

No fee for filing an I-864.

thank you for the answers. I have a couple of questions, I am the beneficiary (Wife) my husband (petitioner) is he the one who has to file I-130A??

 

on Form I-130 part 4 question 17

• how many times has the beneficiary (ME)  been married?

This is my first marriage, should I answer (1)? Just want to make sure, the question is a little be triky

 

Part 4 Question 48

• Travel Document Number?

My passport number?

You need w2 forms for the year of the tax that you are applying with. I suggest 3 paystubs for recent period of your jobs and if you are self employed you need your 1040. Its all written on the information sheet. I also suggest you put your 2 years passed tax if you have good income just to see that you are consistent.

Again 130A is for the beneficiary . If you have been married once you put 1.

No your travel document if you have like a visa. Like a separate visitors visa. I dont know how you arrived so...

For the I-864, you need to provide at least the most recent tax year's federal income tax return. A tax transcript is the easiest (https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript), OR you can provide all W-2s/1099s plus the 1040 (not just for those self-employed). Don't mix and match, either.
