Obviously this is a guessing game as full information is not known.

 

Also some language issues but appears he did not do anything outside a B1 visa activities.

 

as an aside I no longer have to wet sign contracts, all done electronically, make like a lot easier. Usually use Agreement Express.

It just seems very off.

I think you are right but why you think it’s happend in first time ?

Its right but the sutation here there’s no one ask me , i had my problem in boarding time at my country , and about signing agreement sure not realted only with my sign , we are working about education project and i have to meet with IT team for university , marketing managers and i would visit the DC to meet with other university  and if i had chance to explain in that time i could show all documents which proof that .
