Update!!!

We got our interview notice in the mail today!! We have our interview on 5/1 in New Orleans! Can’t wait! We are really surprised because New Orleans is typically slow.

We we thought that something was happening with our application because a few days ago the online case numbers started showing as invalid! We were really concerned but I guess it was just a glitch once they started processing our application.

Congratulations. Good luck and good preparation, Im sure everything will go well.

Congrats! Was your case under "ready to schedule interview" status before this? I'm considering moving the address to New Orleans because Houston is too slow. But also I was afraid that NO office would drag my case over a year. My hubby is working there on one year assignment and will move back next year...

No, our case online never changed from "we have received your application".

Im not sure what is going on in New Orleans, they have traditionally been slow. I did my N400 there and I was one of the last to get an interview out of all the people in my months application thread, so my wife is super happy that things are moving faster for her.

Hopefully things should be more simple for us than most. We have already been married for 2.5years and have 2 children together. No danger of them suspecting marriage fraud with us!

Even so, we are going to be completely prepared for the interview!

Any EAD/APs yet for this group? Some of us are coming to the 90 day mark but based on December 2017 group it looks like it's happening around the 120 day mark which means another 30 days.

Nothing yet for me. I have the user defined error for almost 3 weeks now and the date changed on the i485 from January 24th to march 26th but unfortunately I can't see what the update is since its the one with the error. So I'm just sitting here waiting waiting and hoping some good news come soon

Got a bunch of texts and emails this morning once again telling me that they were STILL reviewing my case. My driver's license expires May 9th, so I'm hoping I will be able to get my EAD before that. I have not heard promising stories about people who try to renew in Georgia with only a I-485 pending status (no EAD/no GC).

Non-US Citizens cannot renew online in Georgia. My lawyer tells me she still expects mine to be done in the next week or two.

This article gives me some hope, but not sure: https://www.immigration.net/2016/05/23/georgia-drivers-license-rules-have-changed-adjustment-of-status-and-cancellation-of-removal-applicants/

Just text messages and emails saying "Still Under Review" - there's another January 2018 AOS Forum where people are already getting interview letters. I'm trying to understand what's the difference - are those people adjusting status after a K1?

Do you guys have a different Submitted Date on the DHS USCIS site and the "regular" one via egov.uscis.gov?

And January 12th here:

Yeah mine are a few days off too. What's more weird is that while the regular USCIS website says that my "employment-based interview was scheduled", which is obviously wrong since I applied using marriage, the DHS site is still stuck at " We received your biometrics fee and are reviewing your case." I got my interview notice already.
