Wooooo - hit 150 day mark today, and no EAD yet. Had to transfer 485 to Seattle, so I assume that will come end of the year? Just need this EAD asap.

I did an expedite request, but none came of it, assume its because my F1 OPT expires in August.

May was good to us, I was off the forum the past few weeks because I found a job yayyy so its a new routine now, I am praying and awaiting our interview on the 26th in 10 days.

Removal of Conditions Timeline

03/31/20    - Sent ROC package to Dallas, TX by USPS. 

04/02/20    - Delivered to Dallas, TX by USPS.  

04/08/20    - Received text message from USCIS stating original receipt to follow in mail and a receipt number starting with SRC

04/09/20    - Check for $680 cashed for USCIS Dallas

04/13/20    - Received I-797 NOA for I751 ROC which extends expired Green Card by 18 months

Help! I just organized my huge stack of paperwork yesterday in preparation for the interview) and noticed that I cannot find the i765 receipt (797C). I do have a COPY of it but I have no cue where the original is. Did they maybe take it at the biometrics appointment?! I have all the others ones just not this one. Will that be an issue?

I don't think it will be an issue, at least you have a copy of it so you have proof, that's good. Maybe call them and see if they can send you by fax another copy of the receipt, I am assuming your interview is soon, so mailing it could be too late. Don't stress it, everything will go well :)

yeah, I'll try not too stress too much. The other documents are more important anyways

Hey, so I guess USCIS is so exhausted these days. When we called today the notion we got is one if you have an EAD currently under another class they will delay your app vs others till its very close to expiry. Two, if your situation has changed, i.e. old EAD don't work left employer etc tell them right away. They are trying to work through backlog but anyone who currently has an active EAD is low-priority.

How about L and H visa that could only work for that Company but I currently need C9 EAD to find a new job? Should I tell USCIS I'm quitting? :ph34r:

Thats exactly what I had to do, so yes unfortuately it will be near 150-180 days if you do not quit.
