Why does the FBI need to see it?  Don't they have the Steele memos to keep them occupied.  Also, if there is information that may lead to criminal prosecution, shouldn't it go to the DOJ lawyers first?  Contrary to popular belief from the last election, it is the DOJ that decides whether or not to prosecute somebody.

I don't watch Hannity, did he get a copy of the memo?  Btw, wasn't the MDL just recently praising a leak coming from a legislator?

The decision to prosecute comes after investigation. The investigation would normally be done by  the FBI. Why is the committee holding back evidence of a crime?

If the FBI is implicated, then they may need to find someone else to do the investigation.

Of course if we set up a Special Investigation it can't be run by anyone with any history with the FBI, the DOJ, or pretty much any government organization. Otherwise they could be tainted.

 

So we need someone with zero experience. Maybe we can give it to, let's see....Ben Carson? Jared Kushner? Kellyanne?
