waiting for 2 months of the Oath ceremony letter, still waiting.

I'm not patient anymore due to the field office administrative error.

I moved on Aug/2017 and first time submit the online changed of address. I also submit the USPS forward mails as well. Then had the interview on 11/20/2017, the IO right the way pass my cases. The IO helps me to correct the address and make sure the spelling is correct. Also, he helps me to check the which oath ceremony is closed to my address.

However, I wait for 2 months without any updates. Therefore, I submit online e-file I got a message from the Office Director  “ ……..I need to bring 2 passport photos in order for me to include January Oath Ceremony…”, ok whatever, as long as I can attend the ceremony, I'm ok for it drive for 5 hours back and forward to drop off the passport photos since I move far away.

(The point is the San Diego field office lost the photos.)

I met the person worked in the receptions, I double confirm her to notice the director to update my correct address otherwise I cannot get any letters from the department and wasted my time and gas driving 5 hours back and forward and get nothing done. This is my second time to San Diego field office.

(The key point is the letter state that if I do not bring the photos within 14 days, I will be rescheduled in a later oath ceremony date ) I drop off the pictures and no delay but still no response but the ceremony is on 1/24/2018.

Keep calling the USCIS , they only suggest me to wait …..

FUXX
