Ahahha I'll have my interview in April-may. And if I don't get stuck obviously I'm pretty sure about this. (Cause even if they send my noa2 early I can't do it before then!)

because unless NVC level has a problem like before, everything after noa2 goes really smooth and quickly. So I am sincerely expecting end of march- early April noa2, mid April NVC and the rest comes with it.

i feel like we are at the bottleneck of the problem with spring-summer applications cause they were always the longer ones.

Ooooohoohohohohoh!!!! I hope you're right.  I'd be soooo stoked with a March interview.  We just have to get NVC back up to their normal processing speeds and BOOM BAM WHAMMIEE!!! Interviews will start being scheduled with a quickness after the NOA2.  I'm still thinking about that fellow who finally got his NOA2 and by the time it arrived in the mail he already had an NVC case #!!! At least I think that's how it went.  Is that correct @Murph4865?  I thought that was wild.

I hope that we see a bunch of Junies getting to interview stage here and I would LOVE to see the last few Junies approved.

I-129F Sent: July 5th 2017

I-129F NOA2: January 19th 2018

Interview date: March 8th 2018 - Result is APPROVED!!!

POE USA: April 23rd 2018

Marriage: May 18th 2018

AOS Biometrics: June 21st 2018

EAD Received Date: June 07 2018

EAD NOA1: June 13th 2018

Hello, I am new to the forum. I filed for my fiance on June 2017. Received receipt on June 25 and no updates on the website. On January 19th 2018 I received a RFE due to not stamping the photos, we have a child together and submitted his birth certificate and still wanted more evidence. The website does not changed and o sent back the evidence needed the next day. Does anyone know how long will this extent the process?

Same here filed on June 26th.uscis sent it out on  Jan 22nd,i got it jan 26th,sent next day sat, closed,so they got it today...im praying we get noa2 by Feb 12th

When was your NOA2?

Go ahead it wont hurt, the man on the phone was very pleasant ( he said he thought I was the USC since my english was so perfect, I think he just tried to be super nice cause I do myself hear my french accent Haha !!)

January 9th. So time to get on the phone! I'll try calling today :)

I asked him again last night to call some time this week and he again told me to be patient lol! I ain't got time for that! I'd rather have VOH and then be here a bit longer, than to not know things for certain.

And haha! I speak pretty convincing American English too. If English speakers haven't heard me speak Dutch, or don't know that I'm Dutch - I always get funny looks when they find out

Exact copy and paste of email from US embassy in Cambodia

"We recommend that you wait to receive instruction from the Embassy before taking any action. We will contact you or your fiance accordingly once we have received the case."

I believe the Amsterdam Consulate gives similar instructions (packet 3 applicable as well). Fellow Dutch filers have told to me to wait on instructions from the Consulate before doing anything. I suppose all we can do is gather the documents that he has to send me hard copies of, based on what we can find online.

I call it "the potatoe mode" speaking english like having a patatoe in my mouth, and BOOM I sound american !!   it took me 5mins, I even had to jump on a pen and write my numbers on a book near me so much it was quick !!

January 9th ? Oh If they starting to be that quick, big chance that your case did reached the NVC days ago if not week !!

I have a printout of NVC case number from the CEAC website showing the status - the lady on the phone said that was fine.

Little late to the party, but where do you get to see your NVC case status ? Or print out your case number once that is ready?

We are NVC received 01/18 and they are still not processing us 🤔

Yes! Start doing it around 10days! Which is today!

callinng them effects nothing, if it's there it's there and you'll know and if it's not just call again in two days :) this won't affect your petition in a bad way, it's been done that way since the beginning of time and rumor has it NVC people are nicer ;)

Ok great thank you! Should we just call the customer support number on the bottom of NOA2 receipt or is there a better one?
