Hello all!

I have been creeping this forum for quite a while now, but I've decided to finally post due to the stress that I now feel.

Here is a little about my case: WAC1790369098

NOA1: June 22, 2017
RFE: Dec 22,2017
RFE Received by CSC: Jan 4,2018

I have yet to hear anything back after the CSC. I am not too sure on what to add where and how I can help others in this forum, but I just thought I would put my info out there.

It is becoming extremely frustrating not hearing anything back considering they received my new paperwork 25 days ago..

Anyway, I am appreciative of what everyone on this forum does. You all are awesome.

Thank you!!

I so agree @John & Rose @KBA

as I say I'm not angry at people for finally being happy, I'm angry at uscis!

Yes, they have prolonged the process so much more this year it's pretty alarming, even with the anti-immigration sentiment prevalent in the US today. It's important to make our voices heard through our local representatives.

No one is getting their NOA2 on time, some people are late, and others (like the Juners) are VERY late.

Congrats to everyone getting their approvals.

Want to come party it up in Los Angeles once your K-1 is in hand? Add your name to the list (everyone is welcome)! :jest:

There are lots of NOA2s coming in mail without an update on case tracker. Please register for informed delivery if it is applicable in your region

Wow. That is absurd. I just don't understand how this even happens. How terrible must their internal processes be for this to happen?

Haven't decided yet. We've been looking at Seibo in general, though.

That's where I was going to recommend!

the prices are lower than other especially if a titre test is required for vaccinations. And they are sincerely nice nurses. I only heard good about it. They helped beeven when I called back in September just to ask about which dates to chose and vaccinations etc.

My fiancé passed his medical🙌🏼. Today, he arrived at SLEC around 9 and was done before 11. He was told to go to the 2nd floor for vaccines and then received a Cd and brown envelope. After that, he was free to go! One step closer. Now, we are still waiting on the embassy to receive our case. Hoping it’s before the end of the week.

To all my fellow Junies, we are all one day closer, and one day stronger. No matter what step of the process we are in. ❤️

you are so lucky! congratulations!

People like you and Trina80 are the reason that I don’t feel right about complaining. While our 238 days seems bad there are people here waiting longer. I am always happy for approvals but what about us!  Lol

Well hopefully we will all get good news soon!

My update is that my NOA 1 date was June 28th, 2017

After I called last week I was told an RFE was issued on the 17th of this month

I called again on the 24th and was told it would be mailed out soon

I received the hard copy RFE today on the 29th!

And thank God it is an easy one... I literally forgot to answer the International Marriage Broker question (our answer is no, we met via friends)

and I also forgot to enter the embassy that she (my fiance'") will appear at...

I am praying for all of us to get fast replies including @John & Rose

I don't understand either and it must be pretty terrible! It would just be helpful if they provided more info on why exactly the process is taking so long.. just ridiculous. And if you call in you have to pray to get a good representative that will actually tell you what is going on with your case. This process is so discouraging for my family and others who are going through the same thing as us!

Wow!? Sorry but not sorry!? Rfe at this times has a complicated feel to it..

I'm sorry it is taking longer but yay at least you heard from them!

Thanks!

Just hoping the RFE isn’t anything too crazy.
