For the UK peeps....

I called at 9am this morning and booked my medical - she said they are currently a couple of weeks out, but they had a cancellation so I managed to get one for a week today.  

Just thought I'd let you know the kinda lead time on the medical (I booked with only my LND case number from NVC - can't book the actual embassy interview yet though - I TRIED!!! LOL)

Thanks. I’ve read that we need the letter from from NVC that confirms our details before we attend the medical. And the don’t accept anything else. What do you plan to take if you do not have your letter?

I have a printout of NVC case number from the CEAC website showing the status - the lady on the phone said that was fine.

The one that pops up when you check the status?

i also though you could book the interview at the same time....

My status still says 'At NVC', so once it changes to 'ready', then I can book the interview but since the medical is valid for 6 months, I went ahead and got that booked in, especially since I dont want to wait any longer than I have to... I think we all agree we've all waited long enough in this process.

Rest assured, as soon as that case says 'In Transit' (hopefully today or tomorrow), I'll be trying again, and then as soon as it says "Ready", I will be on it so fast haha

Tried to upload a pic, but keeps saying file too big. 

So although it has no details (name, type of visa) it’s ok to use?

@vocaledgejust booked mine for the 21st feb. If I have all my docs prior to then, then I’ll look for a cancellation.

I am K1 with 2 derivatives- my 2K2s are minors, but we are all going on the same date next week.

 

My fiancé has a friend who lives Cavite, so he stayed with him and drove to SLEC that morning. He was 11th in line and got there around 3:30. All of the exams took place on the first day. He is going back on 1/30 for shots and review of the exams. Praying everything went flawless and he is healthy :). I’ll update more when the whole medical process is over.

My Case is showing as "In transit" and I still cannot pay the fee and book my interview. I believe we will be able to proceed only when it change to "ready"

Im am so happy that the June fliers cases are finally moving up and people are heading towards the final interview stage.  I cant wait till we our case gets to the NVC and we get our case number...... Really anxious.... I hope in happens here  very soon

I will take the timeline moving in that direction even if it is stating a month ago.  It is a moral victory!
