Thanks again, everyone. Some beautiful, colourful flowers will be turning up at his sister's door tomorrow.

Hopefully, the next time I post I'll have good news about his health and our application. 💜

Good luck, everyone. I need to sleep. Im SO drained.

Goodnight. May the force be with you.

It is great he has the family to look after him, everything will be sorted in no time!

Get your sleep!

So, after my post a couple of days ago, I've been in hiding. Thank you @vocaledge for keeping me sane.

Things have got bad and I'm thousands of miles away from him. My love is in the Intensive Care Unit with Diabetic ketoacidosis, dehydration... Poor guy is really sick. I'm besides myself. I should be there. I don't know what I can do. I'm super p!ssed I'm still not there.

How these people can keep us waiting for this length of time is beyond me. This is inhumane!

I want to be there so bad to comfort him. He has his sister (a nurse) there, and his mum coming up from NC. I'd still be useless there... But... Ugh.

... Anyway. Hello. Hope you're all okay and your loved ones are well. Tell them you love them. 💜 Wishing you all love, health, and happiness.

May the force be with both of you!

He'll be out of it before you know it 💜

Hey guys, I'm at the stage of sending the affidavit of support, but I have a  question about the supporting documents I have to provide. Is everything that is listed in the I-134 instructions page sufficient? It has the following:

A. Statement from an officer of the bank or other financial institutions with deposits, identifying the following details regarding the account: (1) Date account opened; (2) Total amount deposited for the past year; and (3) Present balance.

B. Statement(s) from your employer on business stationery showing: (1) Date and nature of employment; (2) Salary paid; and (3) Whether the position is temporary or permanent.

C. If self-employed: (1) Copy of last income tax return filed; or (2) Report of commercial rating concern.

D. List containing serial numbers and denominations of bonds and name of record owner(s).

I've also ready that even if your not self employed you should submit the most recent Tax return? I'm just a little confused becasue the form also says:

What Evidence Must You Submit? You must submit all evidence requested in these Instructions with your affidavit. If you fail to submit required evidence, USCIS may reject or deny your affidavit, for failure to submit requested evidence or supporting documents in accordance with 8 CFR 103.2(b)(1) and these Instructions.

It sounds like to me all I'm required is step A and B listed above. Not sure if this changes anything, but our case is being sent to the Warsaw Embassy in Poland. Thanks!

that is what is sounds like but I have also included the tax returns with mine just to be safe.   I plan on being at the interview with her so want to have cover my basis.   you can get transcripts from this page https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript though may not be needed.

My fiancé is currently attending medical. 🙌🏼

Do you have to bring the letter from NVC with case number to book a medical appointment? I'm confused 'cause on the St. Luke's website, it says Letter with Case number. Is that the NOA 2 or the NVC

Also, when's the earliest date you got for the interview? :)

I have an email from NVC where I inquired about our petition. The interview is scheduled for Feb 5. We may have to postpone because NVC hasn't sent our case but there was still plenty of availability for the rest of the month.

Thanks for the info. :)

I guess i'll ask my Fiance to email NVC so we can get it out of the way. We're actually not in a hurry as we're thinking of just heading there in July after my grandma's birthday but it might not hurt to finish the medical and interview and CFO early.

Just checked the Google Sheet file and see lots of folks has the NOA2 date the same and even some after me already got the case number. Cant help but feeling sad. What are staffs at the NVC doing  ? I wonder.

My fiance 's family start asking questions like : " Is she still coming over ? " since it has been a while. Pp really dont think it can be this long.

We both hope that I can be there before the September since he will have a trip with his Dad. And if I cant be there before Sep, we wont see each other this year since he cannot take more day off. And I told myself that if I cant be over there this year, maybe it is a sign saying that I shouldnt be there at all. So if it wont happen this year, guess I never be there.

Yes, I'm in your fiance's shoes, I'm being asked the same questions. "When will the paperwork be done?" "Why is it taking so long?" "Is this because of Trump?"
