I was not keeping track of the May filer, I have already been making my voice heard at Cambodia embassy but they may just be annoyed and slow me down

I have 31 people here, 17 virgin cases. if vj is still about 8% but let's call it 10 % so yes guys you are in the last bulk of 300-500cases.

By the way overall number at the beginning was 152

Any other beneficiaries moving to LA once this process is done? I'd love to meet some of you fellow K1ers when we're happily married and on the other side of this painfully sluggish journey!!

Yes to both questions. But the letter needs to be addressed to the embassy this time around. The first letter of intent to marry we submitted was addressed to uscis.

 

Although taking it from those who were recently interviewed (Dec. to present), they said the visa officers did not ask for it.

My fiance did, yeah - he called me screaming down the phone - it was kinda awesome feeling.

 

Looking to book my medical and interview on Monday so then I'll finally have the end in sight... of course, I feel for those still waiting though.

Actually, I was surprised that the DS-160 required me to electronically sign a statement of intent to marry when I filled it out today - maybe thats why?

No, getting a NVC case# and invoice ID does not necessarily mean that your case has been sent to the consulate/embassy. It means they have received your approved petition and will process the transfer to the consulate/embassy. You can track it here using the NVC case#.

Congrats on the movement on your case, usually RFE's are processed very quickly!
