Guys I have a serious question: for the embassy do we have to send another statement of intent? I just signed and dated a copy of the one I sent before and wrote 'reaffirmed' next to it but it's not addressed to the embassy. Is a letter of intent again necessary and if so does the signature have to be a wet one?

Hey George, any new from NVC yet? I called again today and still no # from NVC. :clock:

My fiancé's birthday is on the February 27th, hoping to get everything set ready and book a trip to Cambodia before her birthday.

I think it doesn't matter but I will bring the wettest of signatures and the freshest of forms. Even though it likely does not matter, why take a chance?

@JRLee

I called a few hours ago, nothing yet.

We are on the slow track to get to the fast track.

any idea how long it take to get an interview date from Cambodia embassy?

I only got about 3-4 weeks vacation time, hopefully to go down there for her birthday, interview and bring her back along.

Because so far my packet still hasn't reached my fiancée and I don't want to fly across the world just to deliver a paper lol

this website says 60 days.

I say I will not wait that long.

Let's see who breaks first. I fully intend to pursue this further with congress and the white house if I am asked to wait over 2 weeks.
