Of course, For the interview I have to leave enough time that the case has actually arrived, but we have to leave at least 5 days between the medical and interview anyway, so no problem for me.

I didn’t know this as the website says to wait until it’s at the embassy. 

I may book mine on Monday now.

I'm not going anywhere! But goddamn I dont mean to rub it in peoples faces but this feeling.... Its like USCIS weight has been lifted off of me and I finally have hope!

This might be a stupid question but

what happens after the case is approved? I received my official notice in the mail today but it just said I had to wait 2-4 weeks for nvc to get my case. What should I be doing in the mean time?

Count 10 days from the NOA2 notice date then start calling NVC to get your case number and invoice ID.

Does it say anything where in the process the application is, if you received NVC case # and invoice id? Does it mean it has been sent to the consulate/embassy or in process?

I know people haven't worse but...last week is the last week of work before my fiancee's interview the week after. Time is going by so slow and I just want her here. The end is close but not here yet. Okay complaining over!
