Hi Junies!

 

An update that might be helpful. I just got my NVC # today (NOA2 of 1/05. 20 days in waiting) and it looks like there are a couple other people with ~20 day waiting periods until NVC. I called the NVC this morning after looking at the spreadsheet and seeing some better numbers and they said they had just entered my case into the system 20 minutes before I called.

 

My USCIS case number still says "my case was received", btw

Does anybody ever made a change of address on USCIS website or on the phone ? 

 

1 - Did you get a confirmation number about this change ? 

 

2 - Did you receive any email or mail to confirmed you that this change is effective ?

I have 31 people here, 17 virgin cases. if vj is still about 8% but let's call it 10 % so yes guys you are in the last bulk of 300-500cases.

By the way overall number at the beginning was 152

Just a quick update: June 14 NOA1

I received an RFE dated Jan 11. They received my response Jan 25! Waiting on my NOA2 😊🙃

 

Congratulations to all those approved or have received some thing in the mail. I find that they are moving along rather quicker than before. I have seen a lot of updates! Best wishes to all..

Its hard to say or predict what they will do. There’s seems to be a bit arbitrary. Just wait and see and hopefully you have an auditor that isn’t a #######. Lol

@John & Rose I got the same note on Jan 16 after an inquiry.  I called yesterday, talked to tier 2, and they said an RFE went in the mail to me on Monday (1/22).  They said I should receive it in the mail this weekend or before.  No updates online or on the app.  6/27 filer...

Question: does anyone know what the hours are for actual NVC workers outside the customer service reps answering our case 3 questions?   if I can call again at 6pm PA time, and it be fruitful, I'm going for it..............

I believe their hours are 7:00 am - 12:00 am.. Someone correct me if I am wrong.
