Wait - I'm confused... You petitioned for her as a fiance and as a wife, at the same time???  Sorry but I dont know anything about 1-130 so I wouldn't want to give any advice on that.

YES - my F is calling later tonight at around 6pm EST, so I'll let you know about  mine then, but I have a Monday feeling... but gosh I just want it before the end of Jan, cos then I will hopefully go POE in the first week of March.

UPDATE: Yesterdays scan showed nothing.....

Speaking with NVC is much more pleasant than speaking with USCIS. I've called a few times and they were so kind.

On another note, does anyone know how long it takes for NVC to send the petition to the embassy, more specifically, Manila? My fiance' has already paid the visa fee and is doing his medical early next week. We are kinda hoping he can travel back with me in late February.

Wait, you can book your medical without it being at the embassy?

im just waiting on my vaccinations and doctors letter, which will be done in two weeks.

@vocaledge the police report is for the interview right?

I kind of feel like Rose and I will be the Trina80 of June...I think yours will be sooner than mine.  I don't know why I say that.  It is just a feeling.

The scans are so misleading anyway.  They are nice but there are so many getting approved without online updates.

I think that USCIS didn't upload any approvals yesterday, so maybe that's why the scan looks like that?

I cannot even find scans in between all these posts. It almost like we need separate NOA1 received and NOA2 received boards.   I assume scans just reflect en masse my individual look up says but I like seeing that big picture and not having to waste time the the IGOR list of registered users here ... so many people fail to upload their latest status ....

I'll start calling at 225 days, I guess.
