Yes there are less online updates (especially approvals) we are estimating way less is left than it appears.

I hope your right.

My fiance refuses to call USCIS anymore.

The last time he called to speak to a Tier 2, he was pretty close to cussing them all out LOL.

But they didn't give him any information, except to wait. So since Jan 19, we know our case has yet to even be assigned.

LIFE!

Is it fair to say I'm looking at an April/May POE?

Yes why not? At least NVC seems to be getting shorter!

Walsh, Elefante, or Platt  either way it is good to know you can sing.   I cannot keep a tone LOL

Decisions are hard wanting to be with our loved ones but then vacation schedules, money, and other things constrict us.   One thing I have learned in my decades on this spinning globe is nothing can replace time and only real regrets, if any, (is not spending more time with loved ones)

Ronnie Platt.  Interesting thing is it was the same high school that Walt Parazaider (woodwinds for the band "Chicago") went to.

That is a really great point.  I can replace the money.  The time will be gone forever.

So obviously my 129f was ignored and my 130 approved... reading this, does it mean we've been sent to the Nvc? ... what documents should we get ready that would be needed?.. I know this isn't a k1 issue but I'd really appreciate help here since I can't find an active 130 forum.. please I need guidance. @vocaledge @Naes @John and Rose, and whoever has any idea on this immigration process. Thank you

Wait - I'm confused... You petitioned for her as a fiance and as a wife, at the same time???  Sorry but I dont know anything about 1-130 so I wouldn't want to give any advice on that.

Absolutely doable.  I'm thinking NOA2 by the end of next week.  Push on USCIS to release the petition to NVC.  Interview at the end of March.  Visa in early April... POE in April if all works out!

Pizza is going to be unique here. Also Italian beef and Italian sausage together on a sandwich.  We call them a “combo”. I guess they are rare in the rest of the country.

In Chicago itself I would do Pizzaria Uno or Gino’s East. For a non-traditional Chicago pie Peqouds is amazing!  We have very good ethnic areas and there is even a Jolibee here. Let me know what kind of food and I will get you good directions.

Thanks John! I really appreciate it! My marching orders are no Japanese and no Indian lol.

Ethnic food is good here in FT Wayne area we don't have too many ethnic restaurants so that would be a good choice.

Still praying you get your NOA2 soon!

After the approval can the applicant as well as the petitioner bug USCIS to get the NVC number?

Or just him? It's torture asking him to call lol.

I would ALWAY look at Chicago Deep Dish pizza first.  I love Gino's East downtown.  Pizzeria Uno and Pizzeria Due are both great standbys.  If thin crust is more your taste, Pequods has a wood fired crispy thin crust that is unbelievably good.
