Havent posted in a while. We got an RFE and I took a break knowing there would be no updates on my case. My RFE was bc my (the petitioner) passport photo background wasn’t white enough. The letter literally said it was off white. ####### man. Why do they even need my passport photo? I’m not getting the visa. Anyway, sent in a new pic and they received it. Back to waiting for approval again.

That's just really really frustrating! I'm sorry to hear that, they have been quick with RFE's so I'm hoping you get your approval soon! Hang in there!

Go to cvs I don't care what time it is...

 

i am expecting the same bs (I'm the beneficiary though) so we went the cvs just in case before I left in January.

Costco is much more cost-effective and they do just as good a job.

Oh we just had cvs cause it was around the corner and was open till 11pm but yeah especially if you need more than 2 costco is way better

You're right! Costco hours are very limited and you need a membership. I did all my printing for supplementary evidence photos from Costco, they are very cheap IF you have a membership.

Yeah he is going to use Costco if we get any rfe like that! Definitely cheaper!! (Costco membership rocks btw!I'm already on it heheh)

 

I was going to get to get my photos for medical etc too there but boy they asked 13$ for every 2.(again it was middle of the night so these pictures may cause an extra background check in interpol and all wanted databases-I myself wouldn't let me in if I saw those ) however I can get professional here in japan 24 of them for the same price.... and I mean it's japan, you know, where an avocado costs you 2 dollar and an apple can cost up to 4!

Guys, what’s going on with NVC??? I saw 3 cases around mine (noa 2 Jan 11th) and they ALREADY have their case numbers. That means, 13-16 days. Is it even possible they picked up SO much pace?

I have 31 people here, 17 virgin cases. if vj is still about 8% but let's call it 10 % so yes guys you are in the last bulk of 300-500cases.

By the way overall number at the beginning was 152

Thank you for stalking me it makes me feel good lol.....i just opened my rfe. They asked for petitioner passport photo and letter of intent from bbeneficiary.... We are confussed....Its saying  a letter of intent from her ,but my fiance is a man not a women. Does that matter? and it says a passport photo for only me  but it says each picture,i never sent one for my fiance so should i send his to?
