I hope so. I’m afraid that I made so many inquiries that they just did a generic response. This one doesn’t include the tracking number I got from Tier II yesterday so I assume it is unrelated.

I dont think too many inquiry cause any issue ,I think i might have created 10 inquiry didn't impact 1% to our case so don't worry.

Not only me i had congresswomen who did 3 inquiry on my behalf and at the end our case was approved that was the same day when i requested to change address .

I think they looked at my case when i changed my address so maybe you want to change the address idk.

ok mine is showing anything... I will try again tomorrow :-)

You need the NVC number to track on CEAC - WAC number won't work there :-)

Just an update, we got our hard RFE letter in the mail on Monday 22nd (although it was mailed on the 16th), sent the RFE back on Tuesday 23rd, but missed the deadline for overnight, so it should be arriving sometime today, and I'm hoping it might update on the web that they've received it by the end of today. Then back to the NOA2 wait for a bit longer, hopefully this time it's an approval.

It's encouraging to see NOA2 > NVC seems to be speeding up though! I might just make it to America for my April 13th event after all. Still gonna be tight though! :P

My thoughts are with ya'll, we're gonna get through this!

I'm actually hoping to be there within March with the UK medical/embassy being pretty fast so I'm with ya man!

Quick update:

After following the advice of some lovely fellow VJers, (L)  I got off the phone with the NVC just a moment ago. Using the option to dial #5 on the voice menu, the nice lady on the line replied that they received our petition yesterday!!

NOA1 - June 2

NOA2 - December 19  (200 days)

NVC Received  - January 24   (34 days)

Now of course, she said it will take two weeks to get the case number but maybe we'll be lucky and it will be assigned sooner than that.

Can I ask, has everyone kept calling that same number back to check on their case numbers?

Very happy and thankful to be seeing the light at the end of the tunnel!!!

Many, many thanks and blessings to you all here in VJ. (F)(F)  I'd have been lost without the guidance here.

And of course, deepest hopes, prayers and wishes for those who are still waiting.  (L)   You are always in our thoughts.

Okay, I've worried myself that bad, I've been close to throwing up.

So, he's mailed our RFE evidence. Had to put pictures of my passport stamps in but we didn't include another copy of my photo page of my passport. Is that a problem?

So. Many. Bricks. Being. Sh@t.

If they didn't ask for that, then I wouldn't worry.  Hang tight, you are almost there.  Just think, you will have your approval in a weeks time. And, it's looking like the bottle-neck has eased with the NVC since people are seeing things moving a little faster.

Hang in there, Lotts!  Everything will be okay. :)
