I have 31 people here, 17 virgin cases. if vj is still about 8% but let's call it 10 % so yes guys you are in the last bulk of 300-500cases.

By the way overall number at the beginning was 152

Yep mine is still at received wish it wasnt.. There have been numerous June 30 approved too guess they dont come on here or update the sheet because the 5 cases before mine are approved and they are same date applications x

I am feeling a bit bad for posting this here, given there are so many people still waiting for NOA2 that would have deserved their approval long ago,

but the Junies (and some later filers, especially @Nae) became such a constant and important part of the journey, I just want to give you all hope and show that this waiting process has indeed an end, and I want to thank you all so much for the support provided in this thread(s) over the last months!! Don't give up, it's a draining time, but you will all be with your loved ones after it, and come out stronger than before! Sending lots of love and positive energy your way, I know it's needed.

i tried checking every number and profile but if I missed someone let me know. And I made this so we can see our status you're still in the run please don't get discouraged!

I'm a September filer 133 days... but I can't say I am sane anymore 

 

it's pst midnight and I am here because I can't sleep even though I know I won't get an approval for at least 2 more months... so it's good I'm pretty coucou now

I will try to convince him to call on the latter part of next week. Based on some updates from the K-1 group in fb, they got a NVC case number in less than 25 days from NOA2 notice. I guess things are picking up a little after NOA2 - at least for those who got approved after the holidays, that is. I hope they can sustain the progress.

I dislike calling too which is one reason it took me so long to call, I never like talking to people I cannot see facial expressions.  The call is painless when they answer they ask for wac# then will tell you if the file is there or not.   If it is there they will ask for name and birth date and which party your are. 

 

603-334-0700, wait 1, wait 5  first time I called was on hold 20 minutes (1.pm EST) second time I called (1:30 Est) on hold only 3 minutes.

Guys, my case is showing AT NVC, I called them and they gave me my case #, can I proceed and submit the DS160 ? They said its electronic, what are the next steps ?

Thanks for the info. I guess I'll make the call myself. Tony's been working on a gov't contract for the past 8 years. He said when you call these agencies they mostly give you the bs, so he'd rather not call and just wait out the process. Oh well, I will try my best to convince him. If not, then I'll make the call to NVC next week.
