How many still left waiting for NOA2? Anyone feel like the last ones left waiting for the rescue boat to arrive? I hope the last of us hear something soon...who would’ve ever guessed we’d be waiting this long! I try to stay positive but let’s face it, the longer this drags on the tougher it is! I’m going to keep reminding myself there’s a light at the end of this long tunnel and it will all be worth it!

Still waiting here as well....

Want to come party it up in Los Angeles once your K-1 is in hand? Add your name to the list (everyone is welcome)! :jest:

Yep, thinking the same. When I started this process, I was told by lawyers 3-4 months...we're on month 7 now!

That would mean 11 months till they get out of noa1 to NVC... yep I'd still like k1.

even though I know cr1 is a sweeter deal in the end andk1 stuck this year...

QUESTION THOUGH.

We applied last year June for our k1, and i used my old passport which expires this MONTH, but i have a new one. In the Ph everytime you get a new passport, thats a new passport number as well.

Will it affect my application? If yes, what do i need to do?

Thanks!!

Nope it won't affect. Take both of your passports to the interview and and I think you'll use the new one for  ds160 and medical. Similar thing happened in May.
