I have that... I’m just not sure about the address to send it to. I have misplaced the return envelope they sent apparently. There is an address at the bottom of the page so I’m assuming that might be the one I need to use I just wanted to confirm if it’s the right one. Can you tell I’m a mess right now??? 😭😂😭😭😂😭😂 my heart is racing lol

I just looked at my notes it was the same number just a different representative 603-334-0700  wait for a sec 1 (english) wait 5 then speak to NVC.     The first person mentioned she did not have the training to look at electronic case information, I guess luck of the draw.  Also I guess it depends on country and embassy how the files are transferred.

Finally got my call back from Tier II. No updates. Still not assigned. They said they will check and respond by February 8. That is better than 30 days.  It took 2 weeks for the call back but I have a new number to use for tracking the inquiry.

This is craziness, but at least they gave you a timeframe. I hope I’m not the last one voted off this island!! 🌴 😊

NVC confirmed they have my case. They said I will get my case number in a couple weeks.

I’ve also been placed into an electronic process system they implemented, new system not all cases are going through.

reading the NVC forum it looks like the electronic takes longer for the NVC to assign the number but is quicker at the embassy stage,  i still do not understand way electronic takes longer to assign a number at NVC.     but may be due to working with embassy scheduling.

Interesting I was reading my embassy's web site and they mention they do everything with the electronic form and they even work with the NVC for the interview date from it, which the NVC will give me the date. and to set up payment, so i guess that may be a positive that I should have interview date once i get NVC papers.  I just hope if that is the case there is no problem with the K2's and all are at the same time.  so i guess once assigned I just put in ds-160's and they solidify my appoints. I am still confused on setting up appointments for all 3 at the same time since the children are older.  That is also if the information is correct and I read right :) But I will see about that journey in the near future.

At least you have brought it to their attention, it seems in the past posts that when this has happened suddenly the petition gets approved..... we can only hope
